As follows:

• For a woman:
  • If Scr < 0.7: A = 0.7 and B = -0.241
  • If Scr > 0.7: A = 0.7 and B = -1.2
• For a man:
  • If Scr < 0.9: A = 0.9 and B = -0.302
  • If Scr > 0.9: A = 0.9 and B = -1.2
