Vascular acrosyndromes are defined here as a group of syndromes of the extremities (limbs, nose, ears, external genitalia) manifested by disturbances of color, temperature and/or pain, and resulting from vasomotor disorders. They are very common (overall prevalence 20%, dominated by Raynaud's phenomenon) and their prognosis, although generally favorable, depends on any underlying pathology.

Depending on the case, differential diagnosis may be required with other acrosyndromes (complex regional pain syndrome, ductal syndromes, atheromatous arteriopathies, cholesterol or septic embolisms, etc.).
